#14- A Christmas Story
Where else could you get a story about a young man that wants a Red Rider B.B. Gun for Christmas and everyone tells him that he will shoot his eye out. Everyone from his father to the jerk in the mall dressed as Santa.
His father orders a plastic leg and turns it into a lamp.
He is constantly bullied by two kids in his neighborhood, this all sounds like a Christmas anyone can remember right?
His friend Flick has a bet with one of their friends that a persons tongue will not stick to a pole.
All in all great family Christmas viewing
Thing is if you buy a Red Rider BB gun now they say that in their instruction book.
This is the warning from one of their guns:
WARNING: THIS GUN CAN CAUSE THE
LOSS OF AN EYE. READ AND FOLLOW THE
INSTRUCTIONS. DO NOT COCK THE GUN UNTIL
YOU ARE READY TO SHOOT. IF YOU DO COCK IT
AND DECIDE NOT TO SHOOT, POINT IT IN A SAFE
DIRECTION AND FIRE IT. AN UNCOCKED,
UNLOADED GUN IS THE SAFEST. ACCIDENTS
HAPPEN FAST, AND THE LOSS OF AN EYE IS A
TERRIBLE THING. SHOOT SAFELY.
