EP Review:The Como Brothers Band-The Speed of Sound(2012)

Started in 2010. Singers/songwriters from NY.
The band plays bluesy pop/rock music.
Songwriting and musicianship are our primary focuses. We want to write songs that are original, creative, and have integrity.
We played over 30 gigs in 2012.

This is a very easy listening album the music is plesant and the vocals are fantastic , loving the song "You Are My World".

They then switch gears with "I Don't Like You" both good songs.

This is only a 4 song EP but is sounding great and lots of fun all around energy song on the album is "Can I Be Matched With You?"

This is what Matt told me via Facebook about the band-Matt is the manager of the band and the bass player in the band.

We have had our music played on MTV's Real World St. Thomas and on the E! Networks Keeping up with the Kardashians.
We were selected by the Ernie Ball Battle of the Bands and performed at The Warped Tour at Nassau Coliseum 7/21.
We played Nikon Jones Beach Theater Side Stage before Rachel Crow, Cody Simpson, and Big Time Rush
Named an emerging artist by Sony Music's Sound & Image Showcase AND MTV.com
Finalist in the Hard Rock Rising Competition Feb 2012
Hard Rock Rising Competition our song "I Don't Like You" had the most number of downloads in the entire US.

These guys have promise and I wish them  all the best, here is what is coming up for them.

I asked Matt if they recorded the album themselves and he told me :

We have been doing everything ourselves. Currently, we are working on a new EP to be released Jan 2013 and a full length album to be released in mid 2013. We have been trying to really make a mark and have been working very hard we are our own bookers, social media mavens, etc..

How does someone get a copy of your music? CDs , MP3's etc?
