CD Review: Medevil-Conductor Of Storms(Available Now)Asher Media Relations

Hearing this album only resonates with me and many others why this band placed in the top 6 out of 100 bands in last years Waken Metal Battle Canada.

Taking a great chunk of what some great classic bands like RUSH, Iron Maiden and some other greats they have written some very versatile and somewhat complex songs, through this 8 song album.

I had the pleasure of seeing them play live a few years back and enjoyed their entire set, they have a great energy on stage and a great strength of musicianship as well.

For a debut album this is some fantastic stuff they have compiled here for the ears.

Here is a taste of what they offer:

Ever growing as a band the great title song builds slowly and awesomely as well, until.....yes you guessed a great guitar solo.

This will go down as one of the better albums of the year for me, overall this is some great music.

In the over saturated market that is music there are few bands that can stand out on their own. Make their own sound while using the influences they may have heard over the course of their lives.

Hailing from Chilliwack , BC, Canada this groups talents show no signs of slowing down. That is easy to tell this being their debut album , this is a welcome friend to lovers of metal.

"The Fabled Uxoricide" is an amazing singular song that deserves some appreciation of the depth of the songwriting skills here clocking in at exactly 12 ninutes in length. This band shows their love of bands like Metallica & Iron Maiden that are usually known for their lengthy story telling songs with some great music.

Thank you for reading this

Sincerely

Anthony Nadeau
