Not also an award winning , inspiring film but the cast touches your heart in their performances , here is the synopsis of the film.

TRI movie is the story of a young woman moved by the cancer patients she works with to complete her first triathlon. Using

triathlon as a metaphor for life the movie chronicles the challenges of making a dream come true.

Not having been in a triathlon the young women Natalie(Jensen Jacobs) was challenged by one of her patients to try this event and she amazingly agrees to do it.

Her constant determination to continue even with her shortcomings of having not doing this before and most mornings have to be up and out for 6 am is motivating to anyone watching this film and has me wanting to do more physically, no not this but something more.

Everyone she meets along the way is helping her the best that they can, however it is up to her to find her own inspiration and tenacity to get her where she needs to be. Regardless of where she finishes in the competition all that matters is that she persevered & did the best that she could, that is all we can do as humans.

This is easily the most inspiring film  I have seen all this year!

Thank you for reading this

Sincerely

Anthony Nadeau
