Little Shop of Movies Review: Never Let Go(Available Now)

Story Synopsis:

A single mother desperately searches for her missing child in a beautiful, but unfamiliar land, following an apparent abduction. Trusting no one, and stopping at nothing, as she weaves her way through the murky backstreet's and barren landscapes, now implicated in the murder of a seemingly innocent man, her connections back in the US begin to reveal that there is much more at stake than first meets the eye..

In a world that is dominated by the male action star, I mean drop almost any of their names that are current or past and someone will know who they are from Clint Eastwood to Vin Diesel. But try and mention Cynthia Rothrock who was a pretty big star in her own right. But now we do have Michelle Rodreiguz , Kate Beckinsale just as examples.

Here we have Angela Dixon(Dead End -2012)she plays Lisa Brennan what seems to be secret service as she is well trained in fighting -this is where the film lacks any real attempt in letting us know that she might be really trained for some of the fight scenes as the editing is very choppy during these scenes.

Other than the above mentioned editing bits this is a decent little film, not released by a major studio I hope it can  find an audience.

From the minute her child is taken from her she is on the hunt for the men responsible and she pulls no punches. There are countless foot chases and she gets tossed around quite a bit, there is a great scene utilizing today's cell phone technology where she uses it as a tracking device. There are other good , thought out scenes that work well. Angela Dixon holds her own in this film and I hope she gets some more work from this. It's not a groundbreaking film , but it did keep my interest.

Thank you for reading this

Sincerely

Anthony Nadeau
