"Jersey Bred" Coming To Select Theaters On March 29 From Glass House Distribution & Entertainment Squad

[Los Angeles, CA] Glass House Distribution partnered with Entertainment Squad to release the current-day mob drama JERSEY BRED in select theaters on March 29. 

Written and directed by Greg Russo, JERSEY BRED will premiere at the Garden State Film Festival in New Jersey on March 24th before going out in theaters the following week, on-demand and digital release scheduled for April 2nd.

The crime-thriller follows a computer-savvy mob prince, who's challenged for the top spot by his hot-tempered former childhood best friend.

Being a fan of the Mob genre, I felt it was time to show it from a different angle. Something that takes place in the 21st century. That's why I incorporated the online gambling and crypto space. Many films in this genre still live in the 20th century. I just think Jersey Bred is a fresh take on that world,” says Writer/Director Greg Russo.

I found Jersey Bred to be a super realistic look at the “new mafia,” one that was concerned more about future technology crimes, which I thought was unique in this space, and it makes it such a compelling movie,” adds Glass House Distribution President Tom Malloy.
