MEET THE GOAT(Yeah, that's me)
Hey there. It's me. The Goat. But you knew that.
I’ve climbed 29,000 feet, survived more drama than the Duttons, and eaten more remotes than I care to admit.
I’m a living-ish, breathing-ish manifestation of the algorithm here to guide you across the Mountain of Entertainment. Think of me as your charismatic Paramount+ plus one.
Anything you need to know about big stars, big drama, and blockbuster movies…I’m your GOAT.
So, grab a snack for the both of us*, and let’s make a watchlist that speaks to you. As a watcher.
Meet the Goat Q&A
New to Paramount+ Canada: The Goat has arrived!
He's a mountain goat. He’s an entertainment expert. And frankly, he’s the best thing to happen to streaming since snacks.
Get to know the Goat (Because when you meet a legend, you ask questions):
Q: GOAT, what do you do exactly?
A: I’m a Spokesgoat. Imagine Bryan Cranston hosting a movie night… just a tad hairier.
Q: Any must-watch picks this month?
A: Where do I start? MISSION: IMPOSSIBLE. For the impossibility of it. PAW PATROL for the drama. STAR TREK: STRANGE NEW WORLDS. For the new worlds.
Q: Favourite snack while streaming?
A: Remotes. Cans. What do you got? I’m not picky.
Q: What’s your dream role?
A: I’ve been manifesting a cameo on YELLOWSTONE. But not as a goat. As one of the horses.
Q: Why should Canadians care?
A: Because we share the same refined tastes in arts and culture and explosions caught on camera. I get your humour, I love your movies. and frankly… your maple syrup.
BIG STARS BIG CRIME
Listen, I’m not saying I know a guy...but if I did, he’d definitely be into this lineup. I’ve been knee-deep in evidence (okay, snacks) and let me tell you, the crime scene on Paramount+ is stacked. From BLUE BLOODS to MATLOCK, ELSBETH to NCIS and even THE ROOKIE .. it’s a full-blown criminal buffet, and I’ve got front-row seats.
Your alibi? Watching “just one more episode."
MOUNTAIN OF MOVIES
Jack Quaid and Amber Midthunder in Novocaine, now streaming on Paramount +
Paramount+ is a premium destination for the best in movies, offering an unmatched library and rich legacy of films, including recent blockbuster hits, classics, and critically acclaimed movies.
Don’t miss new movies on Paramount+ in June that offer up plenty of suspense, laughs and wonder.
Just dropping on the service last month, the action-packed comedy NOVOCAINE offers outrageous, non-stop fun starring Jack Quaid. The film follows Nathan Caine (Quaid) who was born with a rare genetic disorder that prevents him from feeling any pain. When the girl of his dreams (Amber Midthunder) is taken hostage in a bank heist, he turns his inability to feel physical pain into an unexpected strength in the fight to get her back. Don’t miss this hilarious new movie, available to stream now.
Another powerful addition to the Paramount+ movie lineup this month is the deeply moving documentary THE CHILDREN OF OCTOBER 7, now streaming in Canada. Following its breakout success in the U.S., the film expands globally, bringing with it an emotional and important account of the Israeli children impacted by the October 7 attacks. Featuring award-winning social media activist Montana Tucker, the documentary offers an unflinching look at the trauma, survival, and resilience of the youngest victims, as they share their harrowing experiences in their own words. Directed by Asaf Becker and produced by Kastina Communications, this is a must-watch story of strength, remembrance, and hope.
