About JoanOvArc
There are bands that play rock music, and then there are bands that live it. JoanOvArc have spent the last decade carving out a reputation built on fearless songwriting, relentless touring and unforgettable live performances. Combining soaring melodies with crushing riffs and an uncompromising attitude, they have become one of the UK’s most exciting and hard-working rock bands.
2025 proved to be a landmark year. Riding high from the success of their 2024 EP Escape The Fire, JoanOvArc launched into a relentless schedule of touring, headline shows and new releases that elevated the band to another level. The EP marked the beginning of a bold new chapter, led by the explosive title track Escape The Fire, which gained airplay on Kerrang! Radio, while the anthemic ‘On My Way’ became a firm favourite on Planet Rock. Both singles were brought to life with visually striking music videos created by Very Metal Art, reflecting a band whose artistic vision now matched the power of their music.
The momentum continued throughout the year with the release of ‘You Don’t Know’ on 1 August, followed by ‘Hey Sister’ on 12 September. Packed with huge hooks, raw emotion and the unmistakable energy that has become synonymous with JoanOvArc, the singles arrived alongside the band’s first UK headline tour, cementing their reputation as one of the most electrifying live acts on the British rock circuit.
Now, 2026 sees JoanOvArc enter an exciting new era. The No More Masters Tour marks the next chapter in the band’s evolution and introduces bassist Immy Cliff to the line-up. A gifted multi-instrumentalist whose classical background is fused seamlessly with hard rock power, Immy brings fresh energy, precision and creativity to the band’s already formidable sound. With new music on the horizon and a busy festival season ahead, JoanOvArc continue to raise the bar with a live show that delivers exactly what rock fans crave. Every performance is packed with passion, power and absolutely no compromise.
Since forming in 2015, JoanOvArc have built an impressive international legacy. Their debut album ‘Ride of Your Life’ was recorded at the legendary Rockfield Studios under the guidance of acclaimed producer Gil Norton, best known for his work with Foo Fighters. Since then, they have taken their music across Europe, Japan, the Middle East, the Caribbean and the United States, including a headline performance at the iconic Viper Room in Hollywood. Their growing catalogue includes three acclaimed studio albums, Ride of Your Life (2016), JoanOvArc (2019) and Invisible Enemy (2022), with Escape The Fire and the releases that followed signalling the beginning of the band’s most ambitious chapter yet.
With every release, every mile travelled and every stage conquered, JoanOvArc continue to prove that they are not simply part of the UK’s modern rock scene.
